An intimate look at a place where time is measured not by the movements of the sun but by the rumbling of the el train. Philadelphia, Front St./Kensington Ave.

Fantastic! I like the lingering tripod shots.
David this is Spectacular!
Another beauty
i only just realised the double meaning of Ice Castles. magical, raw, dark and poetic as ever.
Holy shit, that looks like it was a bad fire. They must have closed the el. I'm curious... especially now that you are reporting from a very few blocks from where I lived, and I'm now 1700 miles away.
So Philly.... great work.
Stunning. Supreme documentation and visual poetics.
Incredible work.
I'm glad you went. I'm so glad I don't live there anymore......
AWESOME.
i also like the quiet shots on the street. it's a different world for sure.
America rocks, scary, and alive -
beautiful, the adventure...perhaps it has become a hunt, perhaps...much respect...

Great web site. I found it by accident. I have to drive under the el every day on my way to work. Neat perspective of the neighborhood, that I would rather not explore myself.
Traffic was detoured for about 2 weeks in the area where this clip was shot!
Keep up the great work. I love your documentaries.
Bahaha that toothless crackhead is my aunt! I wish I were making that up.
